Your experience at TD Coliseum starts before the show begins.
To help you make the most of your visit, we have all the planning essentials in one place—parking details, public transit options, accessibility services, venue policies, and tips for a smooth entry. Whether you’re here for a legendary concert, a family event, or a night in our premium suites, this guide ensures you can focus on the moments that matter: the energy of the crowd, the thrill of live entertainment, and the pride of being part of Hamilton’s biggest stage.
Restricted Bag Policy
We have a restricted bag policy in place at TD Coliseum. Only small purses, clutch, or fanny pack type bags smaller than 16.5cm x 11.5cm (6.5”x4.5”) are permitted.
If for any reason (medical or other) a bag is required that does not adhere to the bag policy, entry may be permitted subject to x-ray inspection of the bag and contents.
TD Coliseum strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags.
Cashless Venue
TD Coliseum is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out.
Accessibility Requirements
Please reach out to us at FanServices@TDColiseum.com before your event so we can ensure your visit is as smooth as possible.
Transit
TD Coliseum is easily accessible by transit. West Harbour GO Station is just a short walk along James Street North from the venue, offering direct service from Toronto and Southwest Ontario. Local HSR (Hamilton Street Railway) bus routes also stop within a block of the arena, making it simple to get here from anywhere in Hamilton.
