Accessible Entry
Guest requiring accessible seating will enter through Gate 4 on York blvd. Please reach out to us at FanServices@TDColiseum.com before your event so we can ensure your visit is as smooth as possible.

Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open 3 hours prior to the start of an event, located on the corner of Bay Street & York Blvd. It is open 2 hours prior to an event on Day of Show for will call and sales for that day's performance only. Download your tickets through the Ticketmaster app or the TD Coliseum app to access, manage, and scan at the gates for entry. You can also add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for faster access.
Guests without access to a mobile device should contact the Box Office in advance to arrange Will Call ticket pickup on event day. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase when arriving at the venue. For assistance, email ticketing@tdcoliseum.com.
Child Ticket Policy
Children under 16 yrs of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 2 years old are admitted free of charge as long as they are sitting on a guardian's lap, unless otherwise stated. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons entering TD Coliseum must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
Door Times
Typically, doors open 1 hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check out the event page on our website to ensure you have the correct time for individual shows.

Mobile Ticket Assistance
Guests without access to a mobile device should contact the Box Office in advance to arrange Will Call ticket pickup on event day. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase when arriving at the venue. For assistance, email ticketing@tdcoliseum.com.
Please note the a $5 charge will be applied for printing
Outside Food and Beverage Policy
TD Coliseum prohibits all outside food and beverages from being brought into the venue. If you have an allergy or medical/dietary restriction that requires you to carry a specific item, please contact FanServices@tdcoliseum.com.
Parking
Please note there is no on-site parking at TD Coliseum. Upgraded parking with your ticket can be puchased for the York Boulevard Parkade (28 York Blvd) through the TD Coliseum Mobile App, found in both Apple and Google servers.
Several nearby lots and garages are within walking distance of the venue, including:

We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and walking to the venue. Rideshare and public transit options are also encouraged for ease of access on event nights.

Re-Entry Policy
Once doors are open to the public, no spectator will be allowed to exit and reenter the venue. This includes exiting for the purpose of smoking.
Smoking Policy
TD Coliseum has a strict no smoking policy. As with cigarettes, cannabis can be brought into the building, but is not to be consumed or used inside our venue at any time. Smoking of any kind will result in ejection from the venue.
